My lifelong passion has been working with people—and nearly 30 years ago, technology became part of that story. My introduction to the computer and software world began in the 1990's, driven by a curiosity about how technology worked and how it could be used more effectively. It was then that I set out to bridge the gap between technology and the people who rely on it every day—bringing my two passions together in the process. I began teaching others how to use computers—starting with word processing, spreadsheets, accounting systems, security, and other essential tools that were just becoming part of daily business life. As both my interest and experience grew, I launched People 1st, IT Inc. in 1998. The name was intentional. I believed then—and still believe now—that if you put people first, everything else falls into place. Nearly three decades later, that philosophy continues to guide us. Through market ups and downs, People 1st, IT Inc. has maintained steady growth, maturity, and a reputation for delivering exceptional client experiences.
